Add a comment to exports

Functionality available to account administrators.

Exports allow you to apply treatments to the media (cropping, resizing, renaming, etc...).

It is possible to set up several exports on your account. You can then add a comment to indicate what each export corresponds to.

UX is evolving

The Grand Shooting loader is evolving!

As well as the picto in the display Catalog:

Grand Shooting allows you to search for productions, files and catalogs in different fields: production name, file name, reference, collection, product family, etc... A new search system has been set up on the home page and on the image bank.

For better performance, the search is done in 2 modes:

• 1 strict mode: the search must be accurate to find the corresponding files
• 1 extended mode: Grand Shooting searches for values containing the search in the media name as well as the catalog fields REF, PRODUCT_REF, SKU, and COLOR.

The “Expand search” button appears to search in additional fields

Filter on “To be exported” photos in phase 1

A series of filters is available in phase 1:

• To be touched up : shows files that have not been retouched.
• Pending FTP : shows files sent to an external retoucher via an FTP transfer and that have not yet been delivered.
• NEW FILTER :
  To be exported : shows files that have not yet been submitted for client validation. The action of clicking on the button export Since then, the export phase has yet to be done.
• Rejected : shows the files that were refused during validation.
  
  

The Export filter has been added and the design has been redesigned.

Add a publication

Publication allows validated images to be sent to an FTP server or a Webdav server. The settings are accessible via the personal space for administrators.

Click on “Webdav Connector” or “FTP Connector” and “Add a Connection”.
The publication will be valid for productions created after the connection has been set up.
