The advanced settings previously present on your home page have been grouped together in the “Nut” picto at the top right of your application.
Shotlists may take time to load depending on the volume of data loaded into your account. We've improved the process to allow you to leave the page while waiting for it to load. You are alerted by email and/or by notification when it is over. In the meantime, you can continue browsing the other Grand Shooting pages.
When you load your data into your catalog, you can now add a column called “Shotlist.” The cells in this new column should contain the names of the various shotlists into which the references and information for the row should be added.
In our example:
- lines 2 to 11 will be added to the shotlist named “PRODUCTS_E20"
- lines 12 to 29 will be added to the shotlist named “PRODUCTS_E19"
- lines 30 to 32 will be added to the shotlist named “PRODUCTS_H20"
If the name contained in the “Shotlist” column does not correspond to any shotlist already present on Grand Shooting, it will be created automatically with the corresponding name.
To load your data all at once, click “Catalog Upload” from the home page.
The validation rename feature has been redesigned for greater simplicity.
Click on the “Rename” link to access the feature. A table is then displayed with the information needed to name the name.
In our example: the REF, VUE, and SKU columns are useful for renaming and associating the file with the reference and the view code.
Once the table is displayed, edit all fields and click “Save”.
Note: It is important to always change the name of the reference and the view to ensure your production follow-up via shotlists and reporting.
By passing the mouse over the little blue eye, you see the image appear.
If you have been working in Excel mode since validation, the renaming feature is available by clicking on the “Edit table” link at the bottom right of your screen.
Tip: to copy information from one cell to the one (s) below, click on the bottom right corner of the cell and stretch it downwards. A quick way to rename en masse!
Notifications are emerging for better monitoring of productions.
At a glance, you can see notifications that you have not read. They are in bold in your thread. By clicking on the session link, you are redirected to the relevant workflow step. The notification then changes to read (gray).
To mark everything as read, click on the little blue eye next to the “(x) unread notifications” title.
Notifications can be configured in the “Account” section of the application to choose the ones that interest you the most, or even receive alerts by email.
To access it, click on the “Account” part of the application by clicking on the character at the top right of your screen.
Then click on “Manage your notifications” and check the notifications you want to see based on your actions and those of others.
We are happy to unveil our new graphic charter for the application.
