Grand Shooting has set up an alert system to automatically detect distorted photos during export processing. This preventive feature protects the visual quality of exported content.

This exceptional situation may occur when:

• Exports are configured for Force an exact size to the nearest pixel
• The Source image aspect ratio does not correspond to requested output format
• The constraint of exact dimensions conflicts with the original proportions

Setting up the FTP connector

For better management of distribution, archived exports are no longer presented in the list of available exports.

FTP connector settings are available for account administrators > Personal space > FTP connector.
