Capture folders allow your photographer or digital operator to save time while controlling file naming. Now in the folder naming rule, you can add variables that will automatically include the fields in your catalog.
Example: {collection} - {ref}
In our example, by entering the name of the references, Grand Shooting searches the catalog for the collection to create the capture folder according to the defined nomenclature.
Starting next week, your sessions of more than 3 months without activity will be automatically archived. The screens will be lightened for better readability!
Before this new version, it was necessary to indicate your barcodes by size on the same line as your reference in the ALTERNATIVE_EANS column.
This production launch allows you to integrate them online. Grand Shooting will understand that these are several bar codes to be used for the same reference.
Attention: the other information in the columns for the same reference must be identical to limit the risk of error.
When configuring exports, it is possible to indicate that the camera counter must be transcribed with the view codes from your charter. You save time during the capture and your shotlist is automatically filled in for better follow-up.
Before, exports applied shotlist views. The new version allows you to be more agile: if your reference is not in a shotlist, Grand Shooting will apply the view codes declared in the specifications.
In the image bank, you can search for several references at the same time (either on the name of the references or on the exact name of the files). Performance has been improved. Take the test!
The department name is available in the “Stock” report
The principle remains unchanged to add the references present on an image: click on “Create a look” then list the references visible on the Live image.
For each product reference associated with the look you choose the right images. So you can choose to duplicate an image for several references of the look (the indication “x2", “x3"... appears in the orange dot). Conversely, you can choose different images for each reference. In all cases, you must click on the orange dot to associate an image with a reference of the look.
If you prepared your looks before the shooting session in the “Styling” section, the looks will automatically appear in this new Live display mode as well as the look sheet.
A new display mode is entering Live: List mode. It allows you to have a better vision of the views to shoot on the production and to detect at a glance if there are missing visuals on a reference. To display the expected boxes, Grand Shooting is based on your shotlist and then, if you do not have a shotlist, on the specifications.
