New API entry points

The following fields have been added to entry points/Reference of our public API :

1. date_mod: date a reference was last modified
2. date_cre: date a reference was created

You can filter and sort on it.

Generating thumbnails

The technical module ensuring the generation of thumbnails has been reworked in order to ensure better availability of services. Thumbnail generation is faster on large files.

Optimization of the producers' home page

The display of counters on the producers' home page is optimized to be displayed more quickly: the counters are calculated in two stages. Navigation is more fluid.

Fixes

• Restricted access: PDF download of validated files is available.
• Reporting: Media reporting has been reworked for out-of-catalog references.

Status To reshoot

In the various production screens, the actions allow files to be set to the "To be re-shot" status.

A confirmation pop-up has been added.

Create a new version of an export

Exports are evolving! From the export settings, administrators can now create new versions of an export without affecting ongoing active productions.

1. **New version**Create a new version of the WEB export. You will be able to modify the settings. Feel free to fill in the Comment column for better tracking.
2. **Archive**Once archived, an export can still be used on an active production. It will no longer appear in the export list of other productions & templates.
3. **Created on**The creation date helps you identify the latest version of your export. Feel free to archive older versions! The export comment is also incremented with a version number.
4. **Used by 1 template**If the export was configured in a template, remember to modify it to apply the new export version.

If your export was connected to a distribution, be sure to recreate it. Contact your technical team if you are using our API for distribution.

The production settings have been updated for greater visibility of the creation date and the comment.

Exports are sorted alphabetically.
