From the Alerts and Workflow section, add access rights for the capture manager and the retouchers. This feature is available to the session producers.

Shooting References and Capture Folders

It is possible to specify the shooting references in this production. You can verify that everything has been shot.

1. **Shooting references**Copy and paste the list of shooting references into the REF column.
2. **Capture folders**They help ensure consistent naming of the media. You can download them to send to the capture manager. They are also available on the Live.

Complete the production information to centralize data in Grand Shooting, facilitate search, and automatically feed your information systems. The fields to complete can be customized using the Modify link.

The production brief conveys important information. It will be available from the Live.

On Live

Click on the Live bubble to start the production. The shooting references are displayed as pictograms. Once the media are uploaded by the capture manager, they will appear automatically. The brief is available in the right column.
