Reporting gathers all the necessary data so that you can monitor your activity. It is customizable to suit your needs.
Reporting displays all the data regarding the references and the media shot, stock and logistical movements, as well as a list of all comments added to the media.
You choose which reporting to display, along with the desired dates in the + filters area.
By default, the data shown are from the beginning of the previous month.

Reporting is recalculated every night. If you need the latest information, click the Recalculate button. Please note, this process can take some time.

The Media reporting displays one line per media shot. It provides information on the shooting date, the progress of the image in the workflow, etc.

The References reporting groups the media shot by reference (whether or not they are present in the catalog). It provides an overview of the work done.

The Stock reporting shows the products in the logistics flow. The data display the current state of the stock. A filter on statuses is available.

Each report can be downloaded in Excel format.

Administrators can customize the visible columns of each report. They choose which columns to display and the order in which they appear. The changes will apply to all account users.
