The image bank gathers all the validated media from your Grand Shooting account:

• It allows you to download them, create selections, create shares, etc.
• It is accessible to all account users.
• It is possible to create restricted access solely for the Image Bank section.

As soon as they are validated, the media appear in the image bank and are automatically sorted into the appropriate categories. The categories depend on your account settings (defined by the account administrators): collections, shooting methods, product type, etc. Category information of the "Collections" type comes from the data loaded into the catalog.

1. **Download**Download in one click (limited to 500 media files).
2. **Actions**Select the media using the blue badges. The available actions appear at the bottom:
   - Download: you receive a zip file with the requested media.
   - PDF Download: easily generate contact sheets in PDF format.
   - Create an album: organize selections that you can share.
   - Add to an album: choose from the list of albums.
   - Delete (administrators only): remove files that you no longer need.
3. **Filters**By default, media are sorted by validation date: the most recent appear first. The search filter allows you to search for multiple references or file names at once. For example, you can copy and paste a list of references from an Excel file.

Your selections are found in the albums and are accessible at the bottom of the image gallery.

1. **Access**An album can be private or public.
2. **Share**An album can be shared with people internal or external to your organization using a simple email address.

Account administrators configure the image bank according to your needs:

• Structure, filters, customization of the left column, permanent shares with external collaborators, etc.
• The customization applies to all account users.

You can create permanent accesses to share your image bank with external collaborators. They will be able to freely download the validated files.

From the settings page, administrators complete the guest's email, first name, and last name, and choose the exports they have permission to view. Guests will receive an email to create their Grand Shooting account to access your media.

Restricted access to the image gallery for internal collaborators is created directly from the personal area (available to account administrators).
