Once logged in to Grand Shooting, access Approval to view finalized files (after retouching, automatic processing via exports, and renaming).

1. **Zoom**Click on the files to zoom in and see more details.
2. **Validation**Approve or reject the files.
3. **Bulk actions**Select one or several references to apply bulk actions.
4. **Download**Once approved, the files are available for download either using the button in the left column or page by page using the Select All checkbox.

In case of rejection, zoom in on the file to add annotations or a comment for the retouchers.

1. **Annotations**The toolbar allows you to draw on the media.
2. **Comments**Detail your requirements using the text area.
3. **Actions**Advanced actions are available.
4. **Versions**Activate the versions button to display the previous version of this media.

Reverse the order of your reference’s views by dragging and dropping. The files are automatically renamed.

If you wish to rename the files before validation, click on Rename. The table allows you to modify the reference name and the view code the NAME column updates automatically.
