The template change feature allows you to adjust the format of an image directly from the zoom during the Approval stage. If the initially applied format does not meet your expectations, you can easily select another Template from those defined in your Specifications. The product automatically repositions itself in the new format, and you retain the ability to manually adjust the framing if necessary.
This new zoom feature is currently in beta testing. It will soon be available to everyone.

Viewing the Applied Template
Before modifying a Template, you can view the one that is currently applied to your images. This verification is possible from two places.
From the Images view mode:
Go to the Approval stage
Activate the Templates button in the top bar The name of the applied Template is displayed directly on each image as a label. This overview allows you to quickly check the Templates applied to all your files without having to open them one by one.
From the zoom:
Open an image in zoom mode
Activate the Templates button in the top bar (the button switches to On) The name of the applied Template is displayed in red above the image. The Template frame becomes visible, outlining the area where the product should be located. This method allows you to precisely visualize the framing applied to the image being viewed.
Changing the Template on an Image
Once in zoom at the Approval stage, you can change the Template applied to your image.
Open the image in zoom mode from the Approval stage
From the left column, click on the Crop button. Then, the zoom displays the photo from the previous step as well as the applied cropping.
A dropdown menu appears under the image with the currently applied Template
Click on the list to see all available Templates
Select the new desired Template from the list
The frame automatically repositions itself on the image according to the dimensions and margins of the new Template
Two options are displayed at the bottom of the screen: - Cancel: to return to the previous Template - Apply: to validate the Template change
The name of the Template is displayed in red above the image to indicate which format is currently being applied.
Manually Adjusting the Frame
After selecting a new Template, the product automatically positions itself within the frame. However, you can refine the framing manually before validating:
Enlarge or reduce the frame using the edges of the frame
Position the frame by dragging it to the desired area
Perform a rotation if necessary to adjust the orientation
These adjustments allow you to optimize the framing according to your specific needs, even after changing the Template.
Validating the Change
Once satisfied with the new Template and the adjustments made, click on the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.
The new Template is then definitively applied to the image. You can continue to annotate or approve the file as usual.
