The post-production phase will allow a partner (for example, a retoucher) to download the files to be processed, isolate urgent items, view retouch requests, and ensure that everything has been handled.
Grand Shooting includes several filters that you can use to select the files you want to download.

If a selection is made in the Live (blue selection dot), then the To be retouched filter only shows the selected files for which no retouched version was uploaded in phase 1.

Once the filters are applied, you can download the files in bulk by using the Select all checkbox in the Live column, then Download from the action menu For the selection (N photos).
A loader appears at the top right of your screen to indicate that the .zip file generation is in progress. Depending on the size and number of files to download, the creation of this folder may take some time.

If raw files have been uploaded in the Live (.CR2 / .EIP / .RAW, etc.) in addition to a JPG development, then the .zip folder will contain both the raw files and the JPG developments in a single click. The Live’s folder structure will be preserved.

It is also possible to download the files one by one by manually clicking on each dot.
The Phase 1 column (or the column indicating the name of the retouch phase if it has been renamed) displays the uploaded retouches.
From the Live, it is possible to add comments or annotations to each file. To get a quick overview of the retouch requests, use the Photos with comments or annotations filter.
Annotations are visible on the files, while comments appear on hover.
Urgencies can be prioritized by using the Urgent photos filter. They are marked with a lightning bolt icon. After uploading the retouches, we recommend starting the exports without waiting for all retouches to be completed (the next phase in the workflow). This way, after validation, the files can be published as quickly as possible.
At any time, you can upload the processed files. There is no need to wait for all retouches to be completed.
To upload the retouches, simply drag and drop the files directly onto the Phase 1 screen. You can also use the upload tool if necessary (black arrow at the top of the screen).
You can upload:
As the retouched files are uploaded to Grand Shooting, the screen automatically updates and dots appear next to the files in the Live under the Phase 1 column (or another name if the phase has been renamed).
Using the To be retouched filter makes it easy to see what remains to be done.
To send your files to the validation stage, go to the exports page and click on the Export button in the left-hand column.
