Files available for validation can be approved or rejected. The post-production screen allows you to filter rejected files so that corrections can be made and new versions uploaded.
Validation or rejection of files is performed from the validation screen. When files are rejected, it is advisable to add a comment or annotation from the zoom view to facilitate the post-production manager's understanding.
Once the files are rejected, a filter is available on the post-production screen. The files can be identified by the black status badge.
To view annotations, it is recommended to see them during validation because the files may have undergone an automatic transformation during exports.
Once the new adjustments have been made, simply upload the new file on the phase 1 screen to replace the previous version (either by using the upload tool or by drag-and-drop). The name of the new file version must not be changed, as Grand Shooting automatically manages versioning using the name. When the upload is complete, the black badge visible in phase 1 is removed.
If you have uploaded the files within a specific folder structure, you must adhere to it to replace the previous file. If necessary, you can switch to Folder view mode to upload the new version in the correct location.

If the new version does not contain any modifications compared to the previous file, then Grand Shooting detects it and does not re-upload the file. The file's status will not be changed.

From the zoom view, enable Versions mode to compare the different versions.
To send the files for validation, go to the exports step and click on Export. The files will then have the status To be validated.
