Grand Shooting integrates various features to facilitate file control. You can review the expected templates, compare different versions of a file, and check the color consistency with other files from the reference.
Files can be controlled from the post-production screens (for post-production managers) or the validation screens (for brand accounts).

For the retouched files to be available in validation, you must proceed to the export stage and click on the "Export" button. This step can be automated by enabling the feature in the production settings (available for session productions).

Pre-requisite: Templates or reference images must be added in the specifications.
By cross-referencing the catalog data with the specification criteria, Grand Shooting can display a template and/or a reference image above the other files. They allow you to verify the proper alignment of the products in the image.
From the post-production or validation screen, enable the Templates.
From the zoom view, compare the different retouched versions against the raw file.
Activate the Versions button at the top of your screen. On the left, the current version is displayed, while on the right the second-to-last available version appears. Below the left file, the dropdown menu allows you to choose the file to compare if multiple retouched versions have been uploaded.
Annotations appear to ensure that the requested edits have been addressed.
In validation, Chromie displays all files of a reference that are available in other productions (active productions). Here, the feature allows you to display the packshot and on-model images simultaneously.
Files that do not meet the requirements may be rejected for re-editing.
