A production corresponds to a project in which your media is uploaded to be processed. It may involve a photo shooting session, a video post-production project, or more generally a content production project (image, video, or 3D).
Log in to the Grand Shooting platform. At the top of the screen, click on the New Production link:
The following form requests the basic information needed to create a new production. Fields marked with an asterisk are required:
[[gsTable]] | Session Name | This name will be used at every stage of the workflow. It will be communicated to the people in charge of capturing and retouching. Very often, it is also shared with clients. |
| Brand | You must select your client's account or, if not applicable, your own account. |
| Session Date | Indicate the date and start time of the shooting session. By default, a session lasts an entire day (9am – 6pm). Later, you will be able to modify the session duration. |
| Shooting Type | The selected brand differentiates several shooting methods to distinguish between images shot as packshots, on-model shots, for lookbooks, etc. A default list is provided when the account is created, which can of course be customized for each brand. |
| Template | Grand Shooting allows you to store in “templates” the default settings you apply to your productions. |
