FTP connector
Publish validated files to a FTP or Webdav server. Settings can be accessed via the personal area for administrator profil.
Click on "Webdav connector" or "FTP connector" and "Add a broadcast".
It will be valid for productions created from the day the FTP connector is set up.

Filter on “To be exported” photos in phase 1
A series of filters is available in phase 1:
- To retouch: displays unretouched files.
- Waiting for FTP: displays files sent to an external retoucher via FTP transfer and not yet delivered.
- NEW FILTER :
To export: displays files that have not yet been submitted for customer approval. You must click on the Export button in the export phase. - Refused: displays files that have been rejected for validation.
The To export filter has been added and the design has been redesigned.
Image gallery: search evolves
Grand Shooting allows you to search for productions, files and catalogs in various fields: production name, file name, reference, collection, product family, etc... A new search system has been implemented on the home page and on the image bank.
For improved performance, the search is now performed in 2 modes:
- 1 strict mode: the search must be exact to find the corresponding files
- 1 extended mode: Grand Shooting searches for values containing the search in media names, as well as in REF, PRODUCT_REF, SKU and COLOR catalog fields.
The “Extend search” button appears to search in additional fields.

The Grand Shooting loader is evolving!
As well as the picto in the Catalog display:
Add a comment to exports
Functionality available to account administrators.
Exports can be used to apply processing to media (cropping, resizing, renaming, etc.).
You can set up several exports in your account. You can then add a comment to indicate the purpose of each export.
Fixes
- A Firefox update blocked drag-and-drop loading of a folder containing files.
- Drag-and-drop loading of a large batch of files has been improved

Send catalog information to retouchers
Since phase 1 of Grand Shooting, you can send your images for retouching via FTP transfers.

New: Grand Shooting can generate a .csv file containing the catalog information for transferred images, and send it in the same folder as the images to the retoucher's FTP.
To activate this feature, go to the FTP connection settings and check "Export catalog information to .csv file".

Fixes
- The shotlists excel file is now available for download.
- Add your photo to Grand Shooting from your personal space.
