A User has access rights created by a GS account administrator. They can be assigned one of the following access levels:

• Administrator
• User
• User with restricted access

Administrators and users can interact without limitation within Productions and also access:

• the Catalog
• the Specifications
• the Media Library
• Styles
• Logistics
• Reporting

Additionally, administrators are responsible for GS account settings, such as:

• Connectors (when accessible from the Personal Space)
• Shooting Methods
• Exports
• Templates
• Extra Fields
• FTP Transfers (Plugin)
• Printers

Restricting access for certain Users is a way to simplify GS usage for those with limited needs or who do not directly participate in Productions by:

• Granting access to only certain modules, such as Media Library or Catalog
• Limiting participation in Productions solely to Approval or Publication, over either the entire Catalog or a subset limited to certain identified product families

A User who has access to a given GS account can also be granted Guest access to participate in Productions on other GS accounts. In this case, since Guest accesses are nominative, they remain invisible to other Users in the GS account.
