The Styles module is dedicated to the preparation of Productions. Organized in folders, it is used to provide instructions about the media to be produced, both in terms of which References to include and in terms of artistic guidelines.

The Styles module is organized in folders.

Within a folder, you create your Looks by providing:

  • a Look name
  • a list of References
  • an image or a PDF file containing your instructions
  • optionally, comments
Example of a Look

The name of a Look can be defined either:

  • manually when the Look is created
  • automatically from the added references
You can add the color of the references so that the Look name becomes more descriptive.

A Look can be renamed and moved from one folder to another.

A mini workflow (DRAFT / FINALISE) allows you to track your progress in creating the Looks in your folder.

You can also export your Looks in a PDF file.

Once your Looks are created, they must be associated with one or more Productions.

This example shows the Live stage with the created Looks, waiting for media to be uploaded.

If you modify a Look after adding it to a Production, particularly if you change the associated References, then the modifications will be reflected in the Production. However, if you change the name of the Look, the link with the Production will be lost. The Look will be retained in the Production but will not contain any associated references.

Once the files associated with a Look are uploaded to the Live stage of a Production, it is no longer possible to modify the Look from within the Styles module; changes must be made directly in the Live stage.
