GS includes a Reporting module that offers a range of downloadable XLSX listings summarizing account activity:

• Media: statuses of uploaded media
• References: statuses of media grouped by Reference
• Comments: a list of Comments for each Reference

For accounts with the Logistics module activated, Reporting provides two additional listings:

• Stock: statuses of all Articles in a Batch within GS
• Stock Movements: all status changes of Articles in the Logistics workflow

Account administrators can customize which columns are visible in each reporting (Settings > Reporting). Any changes made will apply to all users on the account.

[[gsHeadsUp]]Extraction of a report is limited to 100,000 rows.

When a report contains fewer than 1,000 rows, it is downloaded directly through the browser. For reports with more than 1,000 rows, a download link is sent by email (as the generation process may take several minutes).
