The Media Library brings together all validated media. It is a simple way to find or share media, internally or with external partners.

To simplify navigation, a one- or two-level organization can be configured by leveraging data from the Catalog. This is an easy way to group media by product family, collection (commonly used in the fashion sector), by Export, etc.

Restricted access to the Media Library allows users to retrieve validated media independently, without being able to interact with active Productions.

You can even limit navigation within the Media Library to a subset of media. This is useful, for example, to restrict external partners to downloading only the media that are of interest to them, or to ensure that they access only the Exports that are relevant to their needs.

Finally, the Media Library allows you to create public or private albums with a predefined set of files, and to generate download links that can be shared with interested parties.

This offers a simple way to share media without having to create an account for the Media Library.
