This stage is designed to facilitate real-time collaboration: media files are continuously uploaded to be commented on and annotated before being handled by Post-production, or directly submitted for Approval.
There are two ways to upload files:
Drag and drop files or folders containing files onto the web interface. All users on the account are authorized to upload media in the Live stage.
Install the Synchronization Application. Only one designated person can upload files via the application.
Several actions can be performed on these files:
Set a status: ignore / reshoot / selected
Add stars or a colored flag
Add Comments and/or Annotations
Associate tags
Download contact sheets in PDF format
Indicate the references visible on the files (creation of a Look for cross-selling)
