Content creation often involves external partners at the heart of your Productions.
To facilitate collaboration, you grant access to your GS account, but you do not want your partners to access Productions that are not relevant to them.
For this reason, we have introduced the concept of Delegation.
Implementing a Delegation is useful when there is a recurring need, that is, when the partner regularly participates in your Productions.
Another factor to consider is the number of contacts you interact with on the partner side: in the specific case where you interact with only one person, it is probably simpler to grant that individual access by identifying them in your Templates.
There are 3 levels of Delegation:
| Brand Delegation | When you create a Production, you associate your partner, and the Production then appears on their account. |
| Delegation with Creation | Your partner can operate Grand Shooting on your behalf: they are autonomous in creating Productions and advancing workflows. |
| Delegation with Billing | This option is used by organizations that wish to deploy multiple GS accounts while centralizing billing. |
In the cases of Brand Delegation or Delegation with Creation, your partner does not need to purchase a license to use Grand Shooting. They will have access to the same features as you. However, they will not be able to create a Production on their own GS account..
