As soon as a production is finished, the images have been delivered and you no longer have any feedback from your customer, we recommend that you archive it.
This operation frees up storage space on the platform (the photos are deleted) and lightens the screen listing the productions.
On the other hand, reporting data is not deleted: you retain a history of the images produced and all related data.
